How do I get started?

Install the add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace. Open Gmail, open any email, and the add-on panel will appear on the right. Go to Settings (⚙) and enter your AI API key, then create your first template.

Where do I get an API key?

Gemini: aistudio.google.com (free tier available)

OpenAI: platform.openai.com

Anthropic: console.anthropic.com

Is my email content sent to your servers?

No. Your email content is sent directly from your Google account to the AI provider (Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic) using your own API key. It never passes through our servers.

What is the free plan limit?

The free plan allows 5 AI-generated replies per day. The counter resets at midnight UTC. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited replies.

How do I upgrade to Premium?

Go to Settings in the add-on and tap "Upgrade to Premium." You will be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout to complete the subscription ($9.99/month).

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Go to Settings in the add-on and tap "Manage Subscription." You will be redirected to Stripe's billing portal where you can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The add-on isn't appearing in Gmail. What should I do?

Try reloading Gmail. If the panel does not appear, click the puzzle-piece icon (⊞) in the Gmail sidebar to find the add-on. Make sure you are signed in with the same Google account used during installation.

I'm getting an "Invalid API key" error.

Open Settings and re-enter your API key carefully — check for extra spaces or missing characters. Verify the key is active in your AI provider's dashboard. Make sure you are using the correct key format (Gemini keys start with AIza, OpenAI keys with sk-, Anthropic keys with sk-ant-).

The reply is in the wrong language.

The add-on automatically detects the email language and replies accordingly. If the detection is incorrect, you can add a language instruction to your template, for example: "Reply in English only."

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings in the add-on. You can delete individual templates there. To remove all your data, uninstall the add-on from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Contact us at fuchi@fuchi.com if you need assistance.
