1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using AI Reply Generator ("the add-on"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the add-on.
2. Description of Service
AI Reply Generator is a Gmail Add-on that helps you generate email reply drafts using AI language models. The add-on uses your own AI API key (from Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic) to generate replies. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid API key and for any costs charged by the AI provider.
3. Free and Premium Plans
Free Plan: Includes up to 5 AI-generated replies per day at no charge.
Premium Plan: Available for $9.99 USD per month. Includes unlimited AI-generated replies. Billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period.
4. Your Responsibilities
- You must have a valid Google account and comply with Google's Terms of Service.
- You are solely responsible for the content of AI-generated replies before sending them.
- You are responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any AI provider whose API key you use.
- You must not use the add-on for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the add-on.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated replies are provided for your convenience and are drafts only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any reply. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content.
6. Intellectual Property
The add-on code and this website are owned by the developer. Templates and content you create within the add-on remain your property.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE ADD-ON WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE ADD-ON, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the add-on at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it from your Google account.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
